So many club members have asked us to revisit Jane Austen, so we figured, why wait? Introducing our special summer session on July 14, where Donna, Kristin, and Stephanie will lead a discussion on Pride and Prejudice. If you missed our last discussion of this book back in 2023, now's your chance! If you just love Pride and Prejudice and will take any opportunity to talk about it...hey, same here! Looking forward to seeing you for this special extra meeting.
Perks that make this not your average book club: For each book we will have an introductory email for all books that include themes to pay attention to while reading, historical context, and recommendations for our favorite adaptations; and a chance to hang out at Kepler’s after hours with some of your favorite booksellers!
Join us for our next meeting on Monday, September 15 at 6:00 PM to discuss The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton.
Our final meeting will be held on November 10 when we will be dicussing To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf
Like last year, we will be offering an option to purchase entry AND each book together. If you just want to attend a few events, you can buy books and meeting entry individually. If you would prefer to read your own copies, you are welcome to! Your admission covers food and drink.
Last year was a blast, and we can’t wait to continue our literary journey with you all!
Hope to see you there,
Donna, Kristin, and Stephanie
